Discussion questions:
1. Reflecting on the meaning of these words, how might you view yourself differently?
Tov: signifies beauty, joy, functionality, and, importantly, fulfilling the purpose for which it was created, as in Genesis. It describes things that are pleasant, beneficial, and in harmony with God's design.
Ezer kenegdo: warrior; strong help; man's perfect match. It's the picture of two parts of equal weight leaning against one another.
Tsela: side— as in whole/entire side; half. It is used over 40 times and most often refers to the side of an object such as the ark, temple, or mountain. In every setting the word points to something that comes alongside and supports, protects, or complements what it adjoins.
2.Where do you think girls your age most often look for their sense of worth? What does this look like?
3. What influences or voices have been speaking into your identity recently—positively or negatively?
