As leaders in the industry, it is critical for us to assess and reassess how we manage our business as well as its people. There are many ways to lead an organization, but we shouldn't limit our decisions purely to what we know and our perspective. It is, therefore, necessary for us to evolve the way we lead, and it starts with changing the process of how we use our brain.
On today's episode, I discuss what brain-based leadership is, the importance of making business decisions based on more than just your perspective, and why the opinions of others should always be considered. I discuss how diversity in your organization goes beyond gender and religion inclusion and why including others in various planning, projects, and problem-solving discussions are critical for cultivating an environment based on diversity of thought. I also share what it means to have a social connection and how it can contribute to the growth of your business.
