Hendrik Nieuwland is a Partner at Shields O'Donnell MacKillop, LLP., a boutique management-side labor, and employment firm. As Partner, Hendrik is a litigator in charge of solving client problems in a practical, cost-effective, and efficient manner. He has represented a wide range of employment and labor disputes such as wrongful dismissal, employment standards complaints, and human rights applications. Hendrik is also active in the legal community, having authored numerous legal texts as well as contributed to many legal magazines.
