The results of a CDC survey out of the South Bay are in. It asked families near the Tijuana River Valley about how the sewage crisis is impacting their health. Former Supervisor Nora Vargas' decision to step down from her seat on the county board could end up costing tax payers big time. A number of facilities across the county will be closed on Monday in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
