We begin a new series in our midweek Bible study in the Book of 1 John

During our 115th homecoming service we take a look at Psalm 119, and see the importance of standing on the promises of God, found in his word for the health and prosperity of the church.

As we conclude our series in the book of Nehemiah, we look back at some of the eternal truths that we learn throughout the book. While looking at the example of Nehemiah and his final reforms for the people of Jerusalem.

As Nehemiah returns to Jerusalem, he does not find it in the condition that he wishes. So Nehemiah must remind them of the covenants they had made act in an intense way to reestablish and reform the covenant of the people of Israel.

In John Bunyan’s classic The Pilgrim’s Progress, we have been following Christian’s journey from the city of destruction to the celestial city. We pick up in chapter 11 tonight, where Christian meets up with some different travelers on the path.
