CEE BEE:
Greetings, greetings, greetings!
Welcome back to another powerful season of the Cee Bee Podcast!
We have arrived at Season Six!
Six seasons of inspiration. Six seasons of conversations. Six seasons of growing, learning, overcoming challenges, and discovering the power of faith.
I’m your host, Cee Bee.
And today, I want to speak directly to your spirit.
Not your circumstances.
Not your fears.
Not your doubts.
But to that place deep within you where faith lives, where courage rises, and where the presence of Yahweh reminds you that you are never alone.
Because sometimes life gets loud.
Sometimes the storms come without warning.
Sometimes you find yourself fighting battles that nobody knows you’re fighting.
And sometimes, even the strongest among us grow weary.
But today, I want to share a message that has the power to change the way you face every storm.
And that message is simple:
BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.
[Music fades. Pause for three seconds.]
SEGMENT ONE — GOD IS OUR REFUGE
Let me take you to the Book of Psalms, chapter 46, verse 1.
The Word of Yahweh declares:
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Now, I want you to think about those words.
A very present help.
Not a distant help.
Not a help that arrives only when everything is going well.
But a very present help in trouble!
You see, brothers and sisters, Yahweh never promised that we would live a life without storms.
He never promised that every road would be smooth.
And He never promised that we would never experience hardship, sickness, disappointment, betrayal, or suffering.
But what He has given us is the assurance of His presence.
When the world turns its back on you, Yahweh is still there.
When your strength begins to fade, Yahweh is still there.
When the doctor’s report brings uncertainty, Yahweh is still there.
When your finances become difficult and the future seems unclear, Yahweh is still there.
And when you find yourself standing alone in the middle of life’s greatest battle, remember this:
You may be standing alone in the eyes of the world, but you are never standing alone in the presence of God.
[Pause. Gentle piano rises.]
SEGMENT TWO — WHEN THE EARTH BEGINS TO SHAKE
Psalm 46, verses 2 and 3, tell us:
“Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.”
Now listen carefully.
The psalmist is describing a world that appears to be falling apart.
Mountains moving.
Waters roaring.
The very foundations of the earth shaking.
And yet, the declaration is:
WE WILL NOT FEAR!
Why?
Because faith is not the absence of danger.
Faith is the confidence that Yahweh remains sovereign even in the presence of danger.
Some of you listening today are facing your own earthquakes.
Your earthquake may be a health challenge.
Your earthquake may be the loss of someone you love.
Your earthquake may be financial hardship.
Your earthquake may be a broken relationship or a season of spiritual uncertainty.
But whatever your earthquake looks like, understand something.
The same God who created the mountains is greater than the mountains that stand before you.
The same God who commands the oceans is greater than the storm that surrounds you.
And the same God who gave you life has not abandoned you in your struggles.
Your circumstances may shake, but your faith can remain anchored.
[Pause for five seconds.]
SEGMENT THREE — BE STILL
Now we come to one of the most powerful declarations in all of Scripture.
Psalm 46, verse 10:
“Be still, and know that I
S5E07 is talking about Pope Francis stating that there is no Hell. Question, who came back and told him that. Thats's what I want to know.

Ephesians 6
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, 19 and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.
S5E06 is talking about love. What is love and how love effects us. The difference from men and women. Japanese men and Black men, Japanese women and Black women.
The importance of communication in your relationship. The bible verse Psalm 121.
121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

28 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
11 And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
12 The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

In this episode, CeeBee is reading Chapter Two of the Lion Who Shot Back by Shel Silverstein. This was a quite charming, funny and most exuberant read. If you're one of those adults still picking books to read out to children, and find it awkward to give it the oomph and life you need, then try this – it might be a long haul for some, at fifty minutes' reading aloud time, but there are few voices needed, and the vim is right there on the page, from the different larger-than-life characters, to the dynamic changes in page-turning pace provided by the author's illustrations, and the very energetic plot. You don't have to read it in a laconic, lazy American accent, as suggested by the author's derivation, but it might not hurt.
*NOTE*: And to support the author, please purchase the book from his website.
