The fitness industry is plagued by many struggles and battles that hinders and leads us further away from God, such as lust, vanity, pride, and others--rather than--draw us closer. Recording this was tough, but I pray it blesses you just as much, as it blessed me. Loneliness is a battle we all face throughout our lives--it is something I battle with currently. But, in this episode we will discuss how through our faith and works, we can lean on Jesus Christ as he desires to remind us through his word and faithfullness to us--of all the promises he provides, informing us that he will not only always be with us, but will also never, ever, leave us. This is my daily prayer that I read every morning. As I finished reading it this morning, I believe that the Lord put on my heart to not hold this prayer to myself anymore. So now, here is a prayer that speaks on every aspect of what we face, who we are, and what we seek--what we desire, what we need--from the Lord. It is not prayed over in first-person, but in terms such as, "us, we, and our." I pray that this prayer blesses you, the same way it blesses me. In Jesus' name, Amen. God Bless.

Often times, we become very discouraged in wanting to preach The Good News of Jesus Christ. I am someone who can relate. I, even to this day, often find myself facing insecurities, adversities, challenges and more; trying to do the will of God. But, in this episode, we will discuss together the promises of God's word to be encouraged to share the gospel! Grieving is an inevitable process that we all have to endure throughout our lifetime. While it maybe difficult to bare, there is healing, hope, restoration, and joy that is found in grieving. There is no doubt that what is occurring around the world does not raise any concern, but despite everything that is wrong in the world, there is a hope that can make everything right again, and that hope is Jesus Christ. It is important to turn to the word of God as it is the salvation, the truth, the promise, and the way to live and abide in love. In this episode, we will discuss the differences between living through a human nature versus a spiritual nature, as well as discuss why it is crucial to live in a spiritual nature over a human nature.
