Celebrate What Is Working

Listen Later

Sometimes the simplest practices can create the biggest shifts. In this reflection, I share a small daily ritual that has been helping me notice what is working, even on ordinary days and challenging ones. Inspired by a reminder I heard on another podcast, this practice invites us to pause, celebrate small moments, and reconnect with the goodness that already exists in our lives.

Rather than waiting for something big to change, what if we practiced noticing what is already here? A moment of beauty. A kind interaction. A task completed. A breath of relief. These small moments have a way of quietly reshaping how we move through the world.
