For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
Description: Celebrating Mothers in May. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers and women who nurture while serving others. Our special guest Lady Debbie Mitchell is the First Lady of Greater Christ Temple Holiness Church in Atlanta, GA where her husband District Elder Dennis V. Mitchell Sr. serves as pastor. She is the mother of two wonderful sons and grandmother of one beautiful granddaughter. Lady Mitchell shares with us memories of her youth as her mother nourished and cared for others. She moved to Atlanta, GA to attend college and ended up meeting her now-husband. Her mother-in-law’s name, Mildred was the same as her mother. The women both mothered nine children each; Lady Debbie fixed right in with another big family. The training that she received from her mother has carried her a long way and she benefited from both women. Please enjoy as she reflects on her life. “IT WILL ONLY TAKE A MOMENT."
