Why is it so hard to be happy? Why is it hard to clap for yourself? Some of the things I’ve struggled with for a long time. In today’s episode i actually was at the beach. I hope you enjoy the waves and people chatting. 

I’ve been trying to celebrate me more often. It’s so hard when I didn’t see those I grew up with celebrate their wins. It was as if you were made to feel bad about being happy. Let alone accomplishing things that you are proud of. I hope you enjoy.
