im back finally with an episode that feels soul led. This isn’t about getting rid of your ego it’s about living from the now. Being in Australia has brought me to a place of living day to day. Instead of being in the future I only focus on the day I’m in. It’s created more peace for me. I’m not saying im perfect, but I’m here in the present. I’m learning to love it.

For those experiencing burnout… how I’ve been navigating. Truth is Australia hasn’t been what I thought it would be. I mean im looking forward to the day the noise goes silent & I finally enjoy it here. Burnout can be so hard especially when there is no space safe enough to calm your nervous system. When will it end? Is this over yet? Can I breathe? Is it safe? If this hits home then this is that safe space to feel validated. You are valid

It’s so funny how growth works. We go through life thinking we know what needs to be release. What needs to go, yet it’s the armor that has served us for so long. Hi again,

3 weeks of living in Australia has been a whirl wind. I mean im constantly moving & high alert. My nervous system definitely wants a break from all the chaos. Im living what I prayed for but also navigating so many changes. All I want for Xmas is stability. A place to call my own & normalcy again. While trying to be positive I’ve learned it’s okay to not be okay. This is an episode for those struggling with trying to be positive it’s okay to have an off day. Go cry it out you are human.
