Hello friends! I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels overwhelm at times. These feelings are deceiving, telling us that nothing good is happening or that maybe we just aren’t doing enough or that we have “failed”. We walk around in circles feeling like a complete failure and beat ourselves up thinking we’ve messed up. These feelings are just feelings. As we let those ride out in their own way, we quickly need to remind ourselves of all the good we’ve accomplished. Look at the evidence of what is TRUE!! And what is GOOD!! This will change your feeling into a higher level where you can be excited about your current life and where you’re headed.
