How to develop a sound mind....

Put on the mind of Christ, savior, deliver, victor,

Strong people have the most control over their thoughts

Think about what you think about. You don’t have to own emotions or thoughts

Don’t entertain thoughts that don’t align with your identity or purpose

Your brain needs boundaries. Dr Cloud says “if you blame others for the way they make you feel you are giving them control over your life”

Where is this thinking taking me?

Do I like the path I’m on?

People use drugs, alcohol, food to comfort their mind. Coping is not the same as guiding.

Get Out

We need time to challenge our thinking.

Practical step is to reflect and write out thoughts daily or weekly

What are the thoughts that consume your thoughts and mind?

Get people in your corner that knows the thoughts you hide from others but still love and support you enough not to let your thoughts say in you.
