God’s glory is the shining force of who God is in his essence. His presence is everything, it’s not optional, it’s necessary

His presence means finding God’s favor.

If you don’t have His favor, you can’t have his presence. The two things go together! That’s why we go after his presence!!

We need not only to be exposed to God’s presence, but acknowledge his in-dwelling Spirit, that has been given to each and every one who has accepted him.

La vicinanza porta rivelazione, la rivelazione porta trasformazione.

Una vita arresa è preceduta da un atteggiamento di resa

Una vita arresa emana un suono arreso - ADORAZIONE

Una vita arresa produce una volontà arresa

Una vita arresa produce uno spirito indistruttibile

Una vita arresa riproduce vite arrese

Proximity brings revelation, revelation brings transformation.

A life surrendered is proceeded by a posture of surrender

A life surrendered emanates a surrendered sound - WORSHIP

A life surrendered produces a surrendered will

A life surrendered produces an unbreakable spirit

A life surrendered reproduces surrendered lives

In quali aree della tua fede, vita e chiamata stai facendo come Giona? Correre a Tarsis (conforto, agio, rifiuto, la tua preferenza) invece di entrare coraggiosamente a Ninive (chiamata, le vie di Dio, aiutare gli altri, crescere con Dio, obbedire, glorificarlo).

 Lo facciamo tutti, ma diamo un'occhiata alla vita di Giona e vediamo cosa possiamo imparare dai suoi errori e vediamo se possiamo ottenere parte della visione e della direzione di Dio per le nostre vite.

Sei libero di perseguire quello che vuoi, ricorda però che aspetto ha davvero camminare con Dio e se ti senti vuoto nel profondo di ciò che stai perseguendo, ci sono delle domande che devi porti.

- Lo scopo non è sempre ciò che preferiamo. Tarsis era la preferenza, Ninive era invece il proposito.

- La tua lamentela produrrà sempre ciò di cui ti lamenti. Guarda Giona. Lamentarsi di persone, chiesa, covid, vita... è il modo più veloce per eliminare la tua gioia.

- Dio stava cercando di arrivare al cuore di Giona. Stava lavorando con Giona durante il viaggio, mostrandogli grazia più volte

Tarsis sarà sempre lì come una tentazione, ma a Ninive ci sarà l'amorevole insegnamento di Dio e la raffinatezza del carattere; lì posso aiutare gli altri e Dio ottiene la gloria. Io Scelgo Ninive. E so guardando Giona che la grazia di Dio e l'amore paterno saranno lì per aiutarmi quando vado fuori strada. Ninive è una scelta.....

In what areas of your faith, life and calling are you doing a Jonah? Running to Tarshish (comfort, ease, denial, your preference) instead of boldly stepping into Nineveh (calling, God’s ways, helping others, growing with God, obedience, glorifying Him).

 We all do it, but lets look at Jonah’s life and see what we can learn from his mistakes and see if we can gain some of God’s vision and direction for our own lives.

You’re free to pursue whatever you want, let’s remember what walking with God really look like though and if you’re finding yourself empty or in the depths with what you’re pursuing, there are some questions we need to ask ourselves.

1. What’s good isn’t always God and purpose isn't always preference

2. Complaining leads to detaining

3. Start with Father's heart (and yours will catch up.)

Tarshish will always be there as a temptation, but In Nineveh I have God’s loving teaching and character refinement, I get to help others and God gets the glory. I choose Nineveh. And I know by looking at Jonah that God’s grace and Fatherly love will be there to help me when I go off track. Ninevah is a choice.....

Ci siamo tutti chiesti, qual è il mio scopo? Qual è il punto di tutto questo? Non possiamo pensare allo scopo, senza prima capire che DIO HA uno scopo per tutti noi!!

Le parole “segrete” qui sono: cerca e trova Dio Padre! (non una carriera o un successo)

Quando troverai Dio padre, attingerai ai suoi "piani per te". Conoscere Gesù è l'inizio di tutto

Spesso pensiamo allo scopo da un punto di vista individuale, ma lo scopo è principalmente per un uso collettivo

Quando perdi te stesso inizi a vivere!

Quando segui Gesù, ti darà una causa, sogni e meraviglie!

Quando trovi il tuo PERCHE', troverai la tua STRADA

1)  Metti la preghiera al primo posto - Se ti senti senza scopo, significa che dovresti "ascoltare" Dio di più, nella preghiera

2)  Fatti radici nella parola di Dio: ora non troverai versetti che ti dicono di essere un pittore/cantante/star dell'NBA. Ma imparerai il CUORE di Dio!!

3)  Lavora sui tuoi doni e passioni

4)  Porta gli altri nella tua vita, che possono parlare in essa

5)  Non si tratta di te, si tratta di uno scopo superiore

Il più grande scopo che Dio ha per te è conoscerlo!

We’ve all asked ourselves, what’s my purpose? What’s the point of all this? We cannot think about purpose, without understanding that GOD DOES have purpose for us all!!

The “secret” words here are: seek and find God the father! (not a career or success)

When you find God the father you’ll tap into his “plans for you”. Knowing Jesus is the beginning of everything

We often think about purpose from an individual standpoint, but Purpose is primarily for collective use

When loosing yourself you start to live!

When you follow Jesus, he will give you a cause, dreams and wonders!

When you find your WHY, you’ll find your WAY

1)   Put Prayer first - If you feel purposeless , it means you should “listen” to God more, in Prayer

2)  Get rooted in God’s word – now, you won’t find verses telling you to be a painter/singer/NBA star. But you will learn God’s HEART!!

3)  Work on your gifts and passions

4)  Bring others into your life, who can speak into it

5)  It’s not about you, it’s about the greater purpose

The greatest purpose that God has for you is to know him!

La preghiera è il modo principale per i credenti in Gesù Cristo, di comunicare le loro emozioni e desideri a Dio.

Vediamo fin dall'inizio un intimo desiderio di Dio, di essere “continuamente connesso” all'uomo.

Ogni giorno ha le sue sfide, complicazioni e ostacoli, la nostra energia si esaurisce.

Ti senti stanco, demotivato e impotente? PREGA!

È quel luogo in cui vieni e deponi tutte le cose che ti appesantiscono.

nell'ora più buia, Gesù andò a pregare il Padre nel giardino del Getsemani. È l'unico "ring di combattimento", dove abbiamo la possibilità di vincere!! Non puoi superare le tue lotte altrove!

Più tempo trascorriamo alla presenza di Dio, più il nostro cuore assomiglierà a quello di Cristo.

Niente come la preghiera, unisce il popolo di Dio. La chiesa in Atti è un esempio di come la preghiera collettiva ci unisce, per adempiere il proposito di Dio sulla terra.

Lo scopo di Dio nella tua vita è stabilito e la preghiera ti fa "attingere" a ciò che Dio vuole completare nella tua vita.

Prayer is the primary way for the believers in Jesus Christ, to communicate their emotions and desires with God and to fellowship with God.

We see from the very beginning an intimate desire of God, to be “continually connected” to man.

Each day has its challenges, complications & hurdles, our energy gets drained.

Do you feel powerless, unmotivated and helpless? PRAY!

It is that place that you come and lay all things that weighs you down.

in the darkest hour, Jesus went to pray the Father in the garden of Gethsemane. It is the only “fighting ring”, where we stand a chance of winning!! You can’t get over your fights and struggles elsewhere!

The more time we spend in God’s presence, the more our hearts will resemble that of Christ.

There is nothing more than prayers, that unifies God’s people. The church in Acts is an example of how corporate prayer brings us together, to unleash God’s purpose on earth.

God’s purpose in your life is established and prayer makes you “tap in”, to what God wants to complete in your life.

I have been wondering: Does God know what I'm going through?

Not only is he aware of what we are going through, But he is 100% involved (if we allow him to be)

You are not a victim of what is happening in your life because all things work for the good of the people who love him

The fact that God knows what we are going through means that:

1. He sees your situation.

2. He understands your feelings

3. He takes care of you

4. He heals your scars and wounds

5. He rewards your dreams and prayers

God will use you and what you are going through
