John Pierre, who also goes by JP for short, is a world renown vegan fitness expert who has been a part of the vegan movement for over 25 years. JP has been the personal trainer to many celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, Emily Deschanel the leading actress in the popular show Bones, just to name a few. In addition, he is the author of "The Pillar of Health" and "Strong, Savy, Safe" which a great book on self-defense for women. He is also the co-founder of Living With Harmony which is an organization dedicated to providing sanctuary to animals, they are currently trying to raise funds to buy a property to the sanctuary you can help support them in the links below.
