In this episode, I had the honor of interviewing marathon runner Bill Sycalik and we discussed how he began his journey of running at 33 and what eventually led him on his current quests of running a marathon in all 61 National Parks. One of the biggest lessons that were taken away from this episode was the importance of having the right mindset in order to achieve any goal big or small.

In today’s episode, I interviewed M.D. Dr. Antonio Soler, we had an in-depth discussion about the health benefits of going on a full whole food plant-based diet.
Dr. Soler became a vegan after having a hard time recovering from an injury that occurred during a basketball game.
Traditional procedures alone weren't able to help him fully recover and it was only until he discovered a whole food plant based diet that he was able to make serious headway in recovering from his injury.
Throughout the interview, it became extremely apparent many people if they want to really combat their chronic diseases really just need to change their diet to a whole food plant-based one.

In today's episode I interviewed Mariam Crow she is the development director for Living With Harmony and she has her Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Akron. Throughout the entire interview, Mariam showed following her passion of helping animals, people, and the planet as a whole was not a linear journey.
We discussed her journey of becoming vegan and the brave steps that she took to give up her pursuit of getting a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and instead pursuing her true passion of saving the planet by moving halfway across the country to work with Living With Harmony.
Living With Harmony is an organization co-founded by John Pierre and Andrea Rose with a mission of saving animals and the environment as a whole. One of the big things that we discussed in the interview was Living With Harmony’s objective of raising funds to buy an animal sanctuary and how they are planning on using it.

In this episode, I interviewed Mark Hershkowitz who is a vegan bodybuilder, personal trainer, and the owner of Plant Beast Apparel. We discussed a wide variety of things that are faced by people who choose to do plant-based bodybuilding.
One of the single most important things that emerged from our conversation was the importance of CONSISTENCY and if you want to achieve any goal be it physical, financial, or relationship it will require you to put in the work on a daily basis regardless if you feel like putting in the work or not.
So I challenge YOU to stay consistent in 2019 and to put in the daily work to reach your resolutions!
