My guest today is Celeste Preece, Celeste is a Mental Health Advocate / Alternative Healing Counsellor / Medicinal Oil Mixologist & Founder of @preeceandcoshop.

Celeste was born in 1983 in Germany.

Her mother is Scottish / British / Caribbean and her father is Norwegian.

Celeste's parents were in the theatre, which created a career for her.   Celeste traveled to over 70 cities !!! She also toured internationally for 18 years working in lighting, props, and set design.

2016-2021 worked in mental health and alternative healing.  Celeste Lived in Europe, the Philippines, Fiji, and Australia.
