in Swedish: “The Bakery”
They are a Swedish bakery café with a touch of France. Their goal is to produce the highest quality, artisanal European baked goods that are also lower in sugar and healthier than traditional American desserts. Everything is made in-house with the finest fresh, all-natural ingredients and love.
Their owner Susanne, always loved the traditional baked goods from her childhood in her native Sweden. She grew up with a love of cooking and baking and a desire to share this with others. After immigrating to the US, she noticed the lack of Swedish bakeries and high-quality baked goods in Northern New Jersey. Seeing that her local community was missing out on the delicious artisanal baked goods that she grew up with, she found talented bakers classically trained at French culinary schools to work with her in the kitchen to bake amazing products that she can’t wait to share with you.

DEFINITION: Remonstrate - To or plead in protest, objection or disapproval.
STATS: By ages 45-49, 40% of single women are celibate but under 30% of single men. Older women are also disproportionately prone to long-term celibacy, as Figure 3 shows. Over one in three women in the 45-49 age group have gone two years without a sex partner, while one in five women has been celibate for five or more years.
