Founder of her eponymous boutique public relations agency Céline Kaplan PR, Céline’s client list (and closet) is enough to make other fashion PR doyennes green with envy. A consummate traveler (she most recently invaded the island of Culebra), she is always looking for the next diamond in the rough. “I know a good thing when I see it, and I’m not afraid to go after what I want,” she explains.
