The midterms are approaching, so we brought in one of our favorite political podcasters/voices of reason, Jon Favreau of Pod Save America, to chat with Ashley. They chat about what’s at stake in this election, which party votes more and why, races to watch/donate to, actual change we could see in the country based on the outcome, and Jon’s hopeful outlook. They also discuss staying sane in the current political climate, from how to digest the news without raging, to social media boundaries, to having friends and family members with different values and how/when to talk to them. Also in the discussion – the unexpected commonality between Obama and Tr*mp, who Jon is excited about for a 2028 presidential run, what the left needs to correct, and lastly, Jon’s Dating Hack and Dating Wack. Before the interview, we chat about our favorite/scariest Halloween decorations we’ve seen this year (with visuals), and Ashley shares a chaotic Walmart shopping experience. Enjoy!

She shares the journey of getting here – her history of drinking and if it was always a problem, her rock bottom moment when she decided to get sober, and how her life has changed since. We discuss how romantic relationships played a part in her alcohol use, not being able to relate to sober people until she did, the first few weeks of sobriety (“the pink cloud”) vs. now, and the biggest struggle she is currently facing. We are joined by our friend Keltie Knight, Emmy-award winning television personality, OG podcaster, and creator/author of The F*ck Them Theory – for when “let them” just won’t cut it. We discuss the meltdown that inspired her to write this book, the hard truth about achieving happiness, and why it’s ok to be messy, “try-hard,” and even a little petty. We chat about fake friends in Hollywood, body image and the “goal weight” that haunts her, why she got a face lift, and the trick everyone is using on the red carpet to look snatched. And we discuss her marriage and the ONE thing you need to look for in a partner above anything else. We are obsessed with this theory and and hope you feel empowered by the conversation! Before Keltie joins us, Rayna shares a throwback celeb sighting, and Ashley is spilling the tea on her upcoming move. Enjoy!

Serena Kerrigan is back and better than ever with her debut book Let’s F*king Date – your new dating bible with all the support/advice/tough love you need, and isn’t just for singles (hot take: marriage is not the finish line). We discuss how to date intentionally but with less stress, negative language you need to stop using immediately, the good news for girls who have friends, how to never have a bad date using the 3P Theory, and what to do when someone ghosts you. Have we optimized to the point of loneliness? We’re breaking down the question “Are my boundaries killing my love life?” and discuss whether a routine (and unwillingness to stray from it) could be impacting your ability to have fun, have friends, and date. We reminisce on millennial party culture and discuss how times and priorities have changed, offer solutions for an “over boundaried” life, and provide baby steps to getting out there more. We also discuss how a lot of today’s dating advice is hurting more than it’s helping. Before we get into the topic, Rayna gives a relationship status update, Ashley shows off her foster dog, we recap our summers, and unpack the Gen Z stare. Enjoy!
