This week’s episode features Jared’s hilariously detailed take on Marriott hotels, where his loyalty as an elite Bonvoy member seems to have hit a few roadblocks.

First up, Jared vents about the elusive M Club lounge, which was inexplicably closed for the weekend—a fact delivered with what he describes as a blatant lie from the front desk. Then, in a twist of corporate irony, he discovers no complimentary bottled water in his room. Instead, he’s greeted with a “Fill It Forward” initiative: a branded reusable water bottle emblazoned with the St. Louis skyline, available for purchase at $14.95.

Jared breaks down the absurdity of this “altruistic” gesture, where guests are expected to buy the bottle, scan it, and refill it to "give clean water." He hilariously questions the practicality of the campaign, pointing out that instead of making his stay eco-friendlier, the move left him waterless and frustrated.

Then Jared dives into the hilariously frustrating world of over-medium eggs🍳 From the mysterious art of nailing the perfect yolk consistency to a call for national egg-cooking guidelines, Jared and listeners vent about the perils of breakfast orders gone wrong. It's Ticked Off Tuesday!! We are diving deep into your annoyances and frustrations. This is the internet’s only place where every complaint—no matter how trivial—is met with enthusiastic agreement, validation, and a healthy dose of humor!! Today, Jared’s got his own set of grievances that’ll hit home. First up, a travel gripe about high-end hotels like the Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis—charging over $700 a night for a stay that he feels isn’t worth the price. Jared breaks down why the Four Seasons offers a better experience for a lower price, leaving him baffled at how the Ritz could justify such a premium. 

Next, Jared shares his struggle with finding workout shirts that fit right. His trips to Lululemon often lead to shirts that are either too tight in the chest or unflatteringly long. He’s on the hunt for a shirt that hits the sweet spot without feeling like a cropped gym top or a baggy mess.  Then, there’s the mystery encounter with a woman at Lululemon who wanted to trade her $100 gift card for cash. Jared found himself suspicious, trying to assess if this was a grift or an earnest offer. He dives into his thought process, balancing his natural skepticism with the desire to believe in others’ good intentions.

Transitioning to the listener-submitted grievances 😅👉 Jared first digs into a classic New York complaint: the struggle for balanced bagel toppings! 🥯 One listener vents about their local bagel spot’s inability to spread cream cheese evenly – instead piling it on in clumps or slathering only one side. Jared passionately agrees, offering tactical advice, including ordering “medium cream cheese, both sides spread evenly.” He explains the ritualistic disassembly required to eat a good bagel and adds his own tip for asserting control over bagel orders: ask for gloves as a not-so-subtle reminder to the staff to get it right.

Next, we dive into a "holiday gift gripe "🎄 A listener bemoans the lazy tradition of family members gifting him the same sweater or winter coat every Christmas, clearly motivated by the weather rather than any actual thoughtfulness. Jared rallies behind him, humorously suggesting a “Do-Not-Gift List” for Christmas – because who wouldn’t want to avoid yet another uninspired sweater?

Finally, Jared reads a travel complaint from a listener plagued by “housekeeping faux pas” at hotels. The latest trigger? Housekeeping consistently resets the showerhead to an annoying rapid-spray setting after each clean.
