Former NCAA national champions, Liz Schepers and Michaela Boyle join the pod live from the Let's Play Hockey Expo in St. Paul. Minnesota native Schepers won a national championship with Ohio State before joining the Minnesota Whitecaps and now PWHL Minnesota. Boston native Boyle bounced around the college scene from a national championship at Clarkson, to having a program defunded at Robert Morris, and then fulfilling her dream of playing in a Bean Pot with Boston College.

Former Bloomington Jefferson High, Minnesota Golden Gopher, Minnesota Whitecap, and current Ohio State Buckeyes assistant coach Kelsey Cline stops by the Celly Hard to talk all things women's hockey with Tom and Winny. From her time playing and being coached by Winny, to a short stint in corporate America, to coaching at Ohio State, Kelsey Cline has made many stops in the hockey world!

The Director of Women’s National Team Programs for USA Hockey, Katie Million, crouched into the Top the Tater “van down by the river” for a fun and freewheeling conversation. John King pinch hit for a traveling Tom Chorske, joining Winny and Katie to talk about what the PWHL means for women’s hockey going forward, some exciting new hires for USA Hockey including a head scout and Mama Hughes! John also learned that all athletic genes come from the mother’s side (at least the good ones!). 

Current Stillwater Pony and future Ohio State Buckeye, Josie St. Martin (a.k.a. “Marty”), stops by the pod for a wide ranging discussion including a strong family bond, her fondness for the weight room, coaching U12 hockey, starting a business as a shooting instructor, and inking her first NIL deal.  

This week Winny and Tom welcome Amanda Leveille, current player of the Minnesota WhiteCaps and fellow 3 time national champion Gopher women's hockey alumni. They cover her upbringing in Kingston Ontario having to play in the boys league growing up, her career as a Minnesota Gopher, and currently her time with the Whitecaps.
