The Boston Celtics haven’t been 0-3 since 2013-14, the season following the Pierce and Garnett trade. That stat still remains as the Celtics staved off the Philadelphia 76ers by a final score of 102-92 Friday night in Philadelphia.

Kyrie Irving led both squads with 21 points, while four players chipped in with eight or more rebounds, as the Celtics out-rebounded the Sixers by a 55-47 margin.

The Celtics are off until Tuesday, when they face the New York Knicks in Boston.

Marcus Smart is expected to miss tonight's matchup with the 76ers with an injury to both of his ankles suffered against the Bucks. Marcus Morris expects to be back on the court sometime next week.
