The Boston Celtics looked lethargic through much of tonight’s matchup against their intra-division foes, the Philadelphia 76ers, being careless with turnovers, and allowing the Sixers to generate second-chance points with 12 offensive rebounds on the night.
In the end, it was Marcus Smart and the Celtics who were able to put forth the most energy with one game remaining before the league’s week long All-Star break, as the Celtics held off the Sixers, 116-108 Wednesday night at the TD Garden.
