The largest oil refinery complex in north-western Russia – the ‘St Petersburg Oil Terminal’ – caught fire following a drone attack in St Petersburg.

The Progress plant, which manufactures equipment for aviation and missile control systems, has come under attack and is on fire in the Russian city of Michurinsk in the Tambov Region of the Russian Federation.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that, according to intelligence, Russia may launch another massive strike on Ukraine as early as tonight. He urged Ukrainians to respond to air raid alerts without fail.
