Centennial Meditations on the St. Josemaria Institute Podcast

In this meditation, the Vicar of Opus Dei for the U.S. and Canada, Msgr. Tom Bohlin, initiates a new series of meditations for the upcoming centennial of Opus Dei (2028 - 2030). He guides us to pray about God's will for each of us, and its relationship to how we view our personal success.

In the spirit of St. Josemaria, Fr. Tom prompts us to take up the torch of the mission of Opus Dei: "That's the challenge for you and for me. Embracing it as God's will for me. Embracing it with all my heart as St. Josemaria did 100 years ago on that morning of October 2, 1928, as a 26-year-old priest in the city of Madrid, Spain. When God inspired Opus Dei 100 years ago, there was only one man, alone. But he had the grace of God and an unfailing trust in God and His mission."

PAUSE & REFLECT:

• How do I define success for my life?
• What is it you want of me, Lord? What is it you want of my life?
