This week David unpacks Matthew 5:21-26. Jesus levels the playing field when he says that when we're angry with our brother or sister we'll subject to judgement.

Outward symptoms of sin are only the end result of inward matters of the heart. The genuine teaching of Jesus levels the playing field and shows us that we are all much more alike than we ever thought.

Jacob's life had 2 major themes. 1. He was called and chosen by God. 2. He had a life marked by wrestling with God and man. These 2 themes are shared by all followers of Jesus.

Generosity is not a dollar amount, it's a position of the heart.
