As the song lyrics ask, “Why have you come to Earth? Why have you come to birth? Do you remember?” Could we inhabit this question and awaken the Presence within? Each of us must discover the answer for ourselves.
Our attention is the tangible measure of our love. Examine where we spend our time and attention. Is a recalibration in order?
When we no longer identify with the personal self, we can plant seeds of intention in the vast intelligent awareness that we all share. In this way we align with the natural creative force of life – that living energy of creation and manifestation. The gardener in us must intentionally sow the wise seeds.
Kaun-yin (whose name means ‘hearing the cries of the world’) reminds us to refine our listening from head to heart. Can we turn away when the world cries out?
When we have the courage to not waste our gifts, we have opened to the blessings of life. Coming from this grateful feeling we harvest the grace of each moment. The art of blessing what is moves us to the Divine YES.
Open-hearted awareness is that compassionate intelligence so greatly needed in our world today. As Anam Thubten says, “An open heart can only be experienced when we go beyond the realm of the intellectual mind”. This narwal capacity within us requires a shift of perception, a move to the heart.
As the year comes to a close, we take time to be thankful. And we know that as much as we have there is always more. Let us make space for more abundance and joy.
We are all threads in the fabric of Life, forming a tapestry of One. Let us explore how we are all woven together.
The only thing that remains the same is change. Life is alway changing. Are we able to see newness with our own new eyes?
If another world is possible, what is your role in making it happen? If we stay together we can’t be broken.
