As we open our hearts to what is, everything opens to us. Let us be mindful of our heart connection. 

When we accept what is, we are in alignment with what happens.  This inner nonresistance enables us to meet what is with equanimity when we arrive at this profound acceptance we are free to be the holding space that ultimately heals.

A new consciousness is arising even s the old dissolves.  Could our doing come from an awakened purpose where the ‘me’ has become the ’we’ and our actions naturally unfold from the servants heart?

A profound inquiry I live by is the simple question, “Who is experiencing this moment?”  Is it the finite self that wails and suffers?, as Emerson asked or is it the Infinite Presence that lies stretched in smiling repose?Can we discover this vast spaciousness where we perceive from a higher order of being?

Behind the chaotic events in our lives is a higher order and purpose.  As we sense this inner order and sacredness we realize that we are not separate from the emerging evolution of our time.  Could we allow and participate in this reordering of our world?

A new species is arising on the planet.  It is arising now and you are it. That realization is the awakening.  There is no time to delay. Life on earth is inseparable from human consciousness.  What does this mean?

When we know there of how to suffer, we suffer much less.  We are able to make use of the mud of our suffering to grow lotuses of love and understanding.  In transforming our suffering we do this for ourselves, our ancestors and our descendants.

As soon as we realize that in this very moment we already have enough, and we already are enough, true happiness becomes possible. Instead of craving for what we don’t have we are grateful and fulfilled in what we do.
