  • Holding Christ Captive - Audio
Pastor Mike talks today about captivity. How the enemy is planning and striving to take us captive to do his will in us and to ultimately destroy us; we all know that. Yet we can be the one taking Christ captive and holding him prisoner in our heart, and the sad part is if we do that our ultimate outcome will be the same as if the enemy took us captive. God's Word declares that we are to love the Lord with ALL of our heart. That means we must give Jesus access to all of us, not just the parts that we want to and keep Him out of the rest that we don't want Him to have access to. Listen in and ask yourself the tough question, am I holding Christ captive in the living room of my heart or am I really giving Him full control and authority in all the areas of my life?

  • What Does it Mean to be a Christian? - Audio
Special Speaker and author/evangelist Ted Brancheau brings a challenging message of what it means to be a Christian. Ted asks each of us what it means to truly live the life of a Christian. The Bible tells us clearly that Faith and Action work together to bring us salvation. Faith nor works are enough. This isn't a works based message but a message that brings the question to each one of us, what is the obvious markings of our life? Is it obvious by our works that we're in love with Jesus? It should, if it doesn't, then we need to examine our lives... That's what the Bible says...

  • Palm Sunday - One King - Two Kingdoms - PDF
Palm Sunday - The beginning of the beginning or the end, depending on how you look at the purpose of Jesus life on earth. Jesus came to Jerusalem that day to declare his Kingship of an eternal Kingdom and unfortunately most of the people thought he was coming to set up an earthly kingdom. One King and two Kingdoms... Many missed the meaning of that day then, but it's even more sad to think that many are still missing it today. Pastor Mike speaks of the necessity to see Jesus coming as The King of Kings and Lord of Lords and not be caught up in the commotion of the emotion of the masses that see Jesus as a king of a lessor kingdom... Listen in and see Jesus for who He is what He came to do...

  • Broken in the Process - PDF
Pastor Mike speaks today on the "Process of being Broken". Basically, having God's perspective and what His intention is for us as we are going through the hard times in life. This is a very important message as it may help us better understand why we have to undergo some very hard and trying experiences in our life. We study the life of Peter and see how God used the "sifting" of Satan to be the "breaking" of Peter so that Peter could be trusted to carry the Gospel message on. What Satan used to destroy, God used to break, mold, fill and use to defeat Satan and to build His kingdom. That's the same process we need in our life to grow the church. The question is for us, are we willing?
