God has designed us to be in relationship and fellowship with one another. This fellowship has the ability to bring about life change and is something that we must be determined to be in pursuit of.

One of the first steps to having our lives in line with God's will is in humbling ourselves. Genuine fasting has the ability to produce humility in our lives. Fasting strengthens us to remove any reliance on ourselves and place our reliance on the Lord.

Fasting is a tool given to us by God for our benefit because it acts as a catalyst. It quickly allows us to be sensitive to what God is speaking. 

There is a tendency in the natural for people to split their loyalty between God and worldly things. However, we must be people who decide to fully serve and be loyal to God. We must allow our love for God to far exceed any other thing and keep our hearts solely devoted to God.

When we fast and seek the Lord, we increase our level of energy and strength in the Lord. Fasting energizes our spirit and fills us with fresh passion for the Lord.

Jesus came to bring light in the darkness. As followers of Christ, our lives should be the same. Wherever we go, we are to be light in the darkness. But we must allow the light to shine through us.

God has given us everything we need to reign in this life through Jesus. There is a high calling on all of our lives to live in victory and in righteousness. We must be people who embrace this.

In this week's message, pastor Christina preaches on the benefits of living a life of thankfulness. Thanksgiving is to be an ongoing part of our lives. It should never stop regardless of what circumstance or situation we face. Thanksgiving has the power to bring about amazing results.
