Since selling Power Image in 2009, Melford and Concetta founded Team Innovations, LLC - a entrepreneurial training company specializing in a holistic approach to financial success and growth in the fast changing, technology-driven world of 21st century business optimization, marketing and sales.

They have built four 7-figures businesses and have served over 42,000 clients on healing their families through financial freedom, fitness, nutrition and natural medicine.

Melford is an ACE certified Master Trainer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and National Champion Powerlifter and Blue Diamond in their network marketing company

They’ve past their love of health and wellness onto their 2 daughters: Elisha is the Charge Nurse at Largo Hospital, Largo FL and Erika is a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Orlando FL.
