On Sunday, Dave Dickinson continued our series in various Psalms. He chose to speak on Psalm 8, and unpacked that this is a Psalm that highlights Perspective & Purpose.

On Sunday, Helen Warnock led us through the next part of our series on the Psalms. She unpacked Psalm 23; that this confidence Psalm a psalm of provision, anointing, generosity and overflow.

On Sunday, Dave Dickinson kicked us off in a brand new series, unpacking the Psalms. He, along with a range of speakers are teaching from Psalms that are challenging and encouraging them. Dave spoke from Psalm 131, and encouraged us to be people of humility and faithful aspiration as we begin 2023.

On Sunday, Jamie McMillan shared with us in the next part of our Christmas series. As It was our carol service, and he reminded us of the incredible gift that Jesus is at Christmas. 

As we enter the Advent Season, we began our Christmas series 'Light Has Come'. We had Dave Dickinson with us, unpacking the story of the Magi, searching for Jesus. He highlighted that Language & Participation are at the heart of our searching for Jesus.

Matthew 2:1-12

On Sunday, we wrapped up our series in the Beatitudes. We finished by looking at those words that Jesus spoke just after He states the eight Beatitudes; that we are the salt and the light of the world. Dave Dickinson shared that we have the option of either being tasteless & hidden in our world, however, Jesus calls us to be flavour & light; that we would live with potency and incision as we live as the Jesus People.

Matthew 5 :12-16

On Sunday, we landed on the last of Jesus' eight Beatitudes, looking at the theme of persecution. We had John Dickinson with us, unpacking these incredibly challenging words. John highlighted that, in persecution, Jesus is the target, the weapon is the lie & the response is celebration.

On Sunday, we continued our walk through Jesus' Beatitudes. We had Dave Dickinson sharing on what is means to be a people of peace. He outlined that we are Peacemakers and Sons & Daughters of Peace.

On Sunday, we had Jamie McMillan with us, sharing on the next of the Beatitudes - Pure in Heart. He shared that to be pure in heart is to have a single-mindedness towards the things of God alone.
