REALIGN part two: GENEROSITY

Generosity is way more than what you do with your money, it is a lifestyle. Since the beginning the most radical characteristic of followers of Jesus was their radical generosity. Listen in as Greg continues the conversation on a better way to live life!

Like our with cars and trucks, misalignment in our spiritual lives happens slowly but after awhile dramatically affects us and threatens to take us off the path God has set for us. As we wrap up a challenging year for all of us, looking ahead at a new can feel overwhelming. But in this last message of 2020 we focus on one truth that we can depend on no matter what comes our way. Peace is something we all long for in life and find ourselves in constant pursuit of. The feeling that we are protected, taken care of, and ultimately safe. This week we look at the unique name given to Jesus, The Prince of Peace. But just because this gift of peace is available to us in Jesus, that does not mean it's automatic. "Emmanuel", a name we say a lot around Christmas time, literally means, "God with us." Within Jesus' own name is the promise that God is not far from us. The name Jesus is the most known name around the world, but there are hundreds of different opinions and understandings about who he really was and why he came. This week, Greg uncovers the meaning behind the name "Jesus" and--in using Scripture--clues us into the powerful meaning and purpose behind the one who came to save us from our sins.

This year has been difficult for many, but power of the gospel message assures us that we have our HOPE in something greater than the struggles we face today. Listen in this week as Greg uses Scripture to remind us of the power of that HOPE.
