God has an answer (and solution!) to every excuse that we can come up with that we think will excuse us from doing His will. Moses continued to make excuses as to why he was not qualified to do what God had asked him to do. But God wouldn't "let him off the hook". Rather, God provided all that Moses needed to carry out His purposes, for His glory and our good, despite the "hand, mouth and foot disease" that Moses was plagued with. And when Moses finally obeyed God, the people believed, and God's wonderful plan of redemption and deliverance continued to unfold.

Moses asks God, "Who am I?" and "Who are you?" and God responds by saying, "I will be with you" and "I Am." God is God. And He is enough.

Like Exodus 3, God continues to see and hear the cries of His people in affliction, stoops to save, and continues to intervene by declaring to the Church what He declared to Moses: “I will send you”.
