We all want to know our lives matter - and that we lived into the fullest potential possible. Throughout all the ups and downs however, it's easy for our priorities to become misaligned. Lent is a season that invites us to reexamine our strongest desires - and realign ourselves with Jesus' call to follow. Ultimately he asks just one powerful question to consider…What do you want?

If your faith is wrapped around God’s identity, even when your circumstances fall apart, even when you feel God doesn’t know you doesn’t care, and God has abandoned you, Your faith is wrapped around God’s identity and you know that God is faithful. God is there. God will never abandon you. God will never forsake you.

"What would our lives look like if we truly understood God's love?"

God calls us to trust Jesus enough to bother Him; when we do so, we will learn to express our faith in love to others.

“If you want to make an impact, big or small, get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”

It’s hard to know if we are ready to step out of the box. And none of us are ever really ready to get out of our comfort zones and serve God. Thankfully God loves using people who aren’t ready.

Being a Jesus follower and making an impact on the world for the kingdom requires us to get out of our comfort zones. And when we feel uncomfortable, we have to remember what God can do and rely on what Jesus has said.
