Unity, NOT conformity. We are in unity because of the Holy Spirit and what Christ did on the cross for us.

We are filled with joy in the Good News of what God has done and continues to do in our lives. It is Good News…and we respond with the joy that is central to our lives.

Why we do what we do in worship - "Baptism"

When we have the knowledge of what God has done in our lives, we can't help but respond by loving the world the same way. And so we fear God, that is to say, we respect and stand in awe of God.

We think of the gifts of the Spirit as those gifts that we see shown outwardly. Like speaking in tongue, prophec etc…But really the gifts given to us are those that we don't necessarily see that are shown outwardly. Like wisdom and understanding. And why is the gift of faith listed as the 3rd gift? Shouldn't it be the 1st gift?

God does not give up on us. In fact, Pentecost reminds us of just that. The gift of the Holy Spirit moves us to be a church that is continually shaped and reshaped. Expect more of God in your life and watch out for what the Holy Spirit does in your life!

From Spiritual consumers to Spiritual producers! We are called to share the good news. And we do this by sharing our own stories of faith ad resurrection!

We respond to God's gift of love by loving the world that we are a part of.

We don't do things to show God that we love Him. He loves us first so that we can then go and BE love.
