In this message from Malachi 2:17-3:12, Pastor Josh continues Week 3 of our series, When Worship Grows Cold.

Malachi reminds us that God is not silent when His people drift from Him. He calls His people back to repentance, obedience, and trust. Through the promise of the coming Messiah, we see that Jesus refines, purifies, and makes His people righteous before the Lord.

This message also challenges us to return to the Lord in the areas where we have grown distant, including our obedience, our trust, and how we honor God with what He has given us.

God’s promise remains: Return to Me, and I will return to you.

God confronts the priests of Israel for their shallow worship, poor leadership, and faithlessness, but His correction comes from a place of love. This sermon reminds us that true worship is not just what we say or sing, but how we live before the Lord.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to represent Him faithfully, guard our hearts, walk in integrity, and honor the covenants and relationships God has entrusted to us.

In this message, we begin a new series through the book of Malachi. Malachi 1 reminds us that before God corrects His people, He reminds them of His love. But as Israel forgot what God had done, their worship became cold, careless, and half-hearted.

This sermon challenges us to ask: Are we giving God what He deserves, or are we simply going through the motions?

When our walk becomes weary and our worship grows cold, we need to turn our eyes back to Jesus.

In this message from Philippians 4, we look at what joy looks like in real life.

Paul reminds us that joy is not found in perfect circumstances. Joy is found in Christ. Even while writing from prison, Paul calls the church to rejoice and shows how joy in Christ affects every part of life.

Joy helps us stand firm.

Joy shapes our relationships.

Joy leads us to prayer instead of panic.

Joy trains our thoughts.

Joy teaches contentment.

Joy becomes generous.

If you have been carrying anxiety, bitterness, fear, pressure, or the weight of trying to control everything, this message is an encouragement to bring it all before the Lord and allow His peace to guard your heart and mind.

In Week 3 of our Finding Joy series, we look at Philippians 3 and the joy that comes from pursuing Jesus. Paul reminds us that our confidence is not in the flesh, our works, or our accomplishments, but in Christ alone.

Jesus is our righteousness, our reward, our Savior, and our Deliverer. Because of Him, we can press on toward the goal and find true joy in knowing Him more.

This week, we continued our Finding Joy series with “Joy in Humility.”

Through Philippians 2, we were reminded that Jesus is our greatest example of humility. He humbled Himself, served others, and was obedient to the point of death on a cross. Because of this, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

True joy is found when we take on the mindset of Christ, walk in unity, serve others, and choose humility over selfish ambition. Humility is a choice, not just a feeling, and as we follow Jesus’ example, God works in us and through us.

We’re starting a new series called Finding Joy, walking through the book of Philippians.

This message challenges us to ask: Where is my joy anchored? Am I living in biblical community? Am I allowing God to use my life, even in hardship, for His purpose?

In this final week of The Fundamentals, we focus on the promise that Jesus is coming back just as He said He would.

This message looks at the words of Jesus, the hope of the rapture, the certainty of the second coming, and what it means for us to live ready. His return is not meant to create fear in believers, but to anchor our hope, strengthen us in suffering, call us to holiness, and fuel our mission.

Jesus will gather His people, judge evil, and establish His Kingdom. Until then, we live with faith, urgency, and hope.

In Week 9 of The Fundamentals, we continued our series by looking at the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts. We were reminded that the Holy Spirit is not just a force or feeling, but God Himself, active in the world today and present in the life of every believer.

This message walks through what Scripture teaches about the Holy Spirit, how He empowers us to live and serve, and why spiritual gifts are still important for the church today. These gifts are not meant for pride, comparison, or confusion, but to build up the body of Christ in love, unity, and order.

As you listen, we pray you are encouraged to be filled with the Spirit, discover and use the gifts God has given you, and stay rooted in Scripture as you serve others.

The greatest gift is salvation through Jesus. Before God works powerfully through us, He first desires to save us, fill us, and make us new.
