In today’s episode, I’m joined by the amazing Cass Russell, who recently was a panelist on an HDX Panel discussing the Solar Plexus Centre, she had such a beautiful way of sharing her experience I knew she’d be perfect for you in today’s podcast. 

Cass is a 5/1 Pure Generator, Open in the Solar Plexus and open in the Throat Centre and shares her observations from both before and after coming to Human Design.

The Solar Plexus Centre can be a tricky one becasue of it’s inconsistency and its emotional wave, it can be a little tough to pin down. As always we explore both sides of this centre, whether you are defined or undefined.
