Welcome in, everybody, not only to the first episode of 2023 but also to the first episode of our new season! We reflect a little bit back on 2022 and what we hope to accomplish in 2023, discussing the merit of going back to basics after having a business for five years.
We both discuss what going back to basics will look like for our businesses and how we have had to have conversations with our teams about how we are going to do that. We agree on the importance of having a trusted advisor and remind you that sometimes, implementing new and innovating ideas isn’t always the answer. If something worked for you in the past, then chances are good that it’s going to work again in the future.
