As fathers, we are responsible for the examples that we set for children as men. The ways that we communicate and respond to situations, is in the viewership of our offspring. The question that must be asked is, 'What examples am I displaying?'
The Code, continued....

In this episode, I'm talking about the progression of molding and shaping our children into the people that they will be, by showcasing the ability of 'staying power.' Our children, like us, are great works in progress. They need to know that we are there in the good, bad and the ugly!
“A gardener understands how to nurture the seeds through good weather, through bad weather. A gardener doesn’t want that seed to become anything other than what it’s designed to become. A gardener doesn’t want the rose to turn into an oak tree. A good gardener helps the seed become what it wants to become, not what the gardener wants it to become. A father is a master gardener.” -Will Smith
