Have you ever had a big decision to make and found yourself writing a pros and cons list?
For as long as I can remember I did this. I tried to weigh out the good and bad of each option because I believed that if I chose the "right" option, I could avoid the pain of a "wrong" decision.
But as I matured I realized that there are very few right and wrong choices. Often we are choosing between good and good, rather than good and bad.
And so it inspired me to create a new tool for decision making called a Pros and Pros List.
Have a listen and give it a try the next time you have a decision to make.

Time is our most valuable resource. We can always make more money, but we can't make more time. However, there is a way to get more done in the time you have, and in doing so, create more hours and minutes to spend on what you love.
Here's the deal. The top three time wasters aren't really Instagram, Netflix and Tik Tok, they are people pleasing, perfectionism and shoulds. Because time management is really about mind management.
If you want to double your business without doubling your hours, this training is for you.

I coach women to double their business without doubling their hours. And as much as I love watching my clients get amazing results in their business - that's not what I see as their greatest success.
Success isn't about revenue or growth or any other external thing.
Success is living a life of INTENTION rather than REACTION.

Early in 2021 my husband and I started using the phrase "F*ck the Shoulds" as a reminder of the kind of life we want to live. A life led by desire rather than obligation. A life that represents what we really WANT rather than what we think everyone else EXPECTS of us.
In today's episode I'm sharing 3 questions I'm asking myself as I set my goals and intentions for 2022. 3 questions to guide us into the best year of our lives. 3 questions to help us Stop "Shoulding" Ourselves.
Are you ready?
