  • Our Unpopular Opinions About Life in Your 30s

My sister Jackie is joining me this week, and we're getting into some of our hot takes about life in our 30s. 😂

We each came with five opinions without telling the other person what we wrote — so you're getting our real reactions, disagreements, and a few moments where we definitely had to defend ourselves.

We're talking dating, friendships, going out, relationships, business, getting older, and some of the things we see VERY differently now than we did in our 20s.

Some of our takes might be unpopular, some might be extremely specific to us, and you definitely won't agree with all of them. 😂 But that's what makes it fun.

Come hang out with us and decide whose side you're on.

    xx,
    Angelica

  • The People You Haven’t Met Yet Could Change Your Life

What if some of the people who will become important parts of your life are still complete strangers?

A few months ago, I met a girl on a random night out in Miami. We exchanged information, stayed in touch, and a month later… I was spending time with her in Vienna. 😂 Life is so random like that.

That trip got me thinking about how many people, friendships, opportunities, and experiences are still out there waiting for us — especially in our 30s, when it can feel like we already have our people and our routines figured out.

In this episode, I’m talking about traveling to Vienna alone, making new friends as an adult, being open to unexpected connections, and why you don’t always have to make your plans around who can go with you.

Because some of the best parts of your life might still be complete strangers to you. 🤎

    xx,
    Angelica

  • You’re Building a Beautiful Life… Don’t Forget to Live It

This week, we’re talking about something I had to remind myself of recently: life is happening now.

After traveling, stepping away from work, spending time with people I love, and just experiencing life outside of my normal routine, I started thinking about how easy it is to become so focused on building a beautiful life that we forget to actually enjoy it.

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to pour into yourself, why everything you do doesn’t have to be productive, and why we have to stop waiting for the next goal, milestone, or version of ourselves before we give ourselves permission to live.

You can be ambitious, have big goals, and still enjoy your life along the way. 🤍

Because while you’re busy building what’s next… life is happening now.

  • Just Because You Can... Doesn't Mean You Should

This week on CEO of Me, we’re talking about something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately: just because you can do something… does that mean you should?

When you’re capable, ambitious, and used to figuring things out, it can be really easy to keep adding more to your plate simply because you can handle it. But being able to do something doesn’t automatically mean it deserves your time, energy, or attention.

In this episode, I’m talking about learning to ask “Should I?” instead of just “Can I?”, how opportunity cost shows up in our everyday lives, and why every yes comes with a quiet no to something else.

Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about getting really intentional about what actually deserves a place in the life you’re building.

Because you can do a lot—but you don’t have to do everything.

  • Your Home is Changing Your Life More Than You Think

Your home is more than just the place you come back to at the end of the day—it quietly influences how you think, feel, and show up in your life.

In this episode of CEO of Me, I'm joined by interior designer Yvette for a conversation that goes far beyond paint colors and furniture. We explore how the spaces we live in shape our habits, mindset, productivity, and even the person we're becoming.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed in your own home, struggled to stay motivated, or wondered why certain spaces make you feel at peace, this episode will change the way you see your environment.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    •  Why your environment impacts your mental well-being more than you realize
    •  The connection between your home, your habits, and personal growth
    •  How clutter can affect stress, focus, and decision-making
    •  Simple ways to create a space that supports the life you're building
    •  Why designing your home is really about designing your life

Whether you're in the middle of a life transition or simply looking for more peace and intention in your everyday routine, this conversation will inspire you to look at your space—and yourself—a little differently.

Because every choice we make is shaping the life we're creating.

  • You Don't Have to Do it All Anymore

What if AI could help you become the person you're trying to be?

In this episode of CEO of Me, we're talking about one of the most powerful tools available today—and why I believe we're only scratching the surface of what it can do.

This isn't about letting AI think for you. It's about using it intentionally to organize your thoughts, clarify your goals, strengthen your decision-making, and help you create the life you're working toward.

Whether you're building a business, navigating a career change, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, AI can become one of the most valuable tools in your personal growth journey—if you know how to use it.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    •  How I use AI in my everyday life
    •  Why AI should enhance your thinking, not replace it
    •  Practical ways to use AI for personal growth and goal setting
    •  Using AI to make better decisions and gain clarity
    •  Why the future belongs to people who learn to work with AI

Because every choice we make is shaping the life we're creating.

  • The Power of Being Alone

There’s a big difference between being alone and being lonely.

In this episode of CEO of Me, I’m talking about why learning to enjoy your own company is one of the most valuable skills you can develop. So many people settle—for relationships, friendships, jobs, or situations—because they're afraid of being alone. But when you become comfortable in your own space, you stop making decisions from fear and start making them from confidence.

    We’ll talk about:
    • Why being alone builds confidence
    • The difference between loneliness and solitude
    • How independence creates better relationships
    • Why protecting your peace is a superpower
    • Learning to genuinely enjoy your own company

If you've ever struggled with feeling behind, comparing yourself to others, or wondering if being alone means something is wrong with you, this episode is for you.

Thanks so much for listening. If this episode resonated with you, I'd love if you left a review, shared it with a friend, or tagged me on Instagram @angelicamackk.

  • How to Reinvent Yourself Without Starting Over

Have you ever felt like you've outgrown a version of yourself?

In this episode of CEO of Me, I'm talking about what it really means to reinvent yourself without starting over. Because the truth is, most of us don't need a completely new life—we need the courage to make different decisions, build better habits, and become more intentional about who we're becoming.

I share lessons I've learned through building businesses, navigating career changes, earning my MBA, and stepping into new versions of myself over the years.

    In this episode, we discuss:
    • Reinventing yourself without starting over
    • Building confidence through action
    • Letting go of old versions of yourself
    • Creating habits that support your goals
    • Becoming the woman you want to be

  • How to Become Your Best Self: The Habits That Actually Change Your Life

What does it really take to become your best self?

In this episode of CEO of Me, Angelica sits down with Kira to talk about the habits, mindset shifts, and daily choices that shape the woman you're becoming. From professional dance and performing at a high level to navigating personal growth and showing up consistently, Kira shares the lessons she's learned about confidence, discipline, and creating a life that aligns with your goals.

Together, they discuss the difference between motivation and discipline, what people don't see behind the "aesthetic" on social media, and why becoming your best self is less about perfection and more about the habits you practice every day.

  • How I Built Multiple Income Streams as a Woman in Beauty (And How You Can Too)

For a long time, I thought making more money meant working more.

More clients. More hustle. More hours. More burnout 😅

But eventually, I had a realization that changed everything: if your income only depends on one thing, you’re putting way too much pressure on one stream.

In this episode, I’m sharing how I started building multiple income streams as a woman in beauty—from services, to content, to business opportunities I never expected—and the mindset shift that made the biggest difference.

And honestly? This conversation is about more than money.

    It’s about radical responsibility.
Taking ownership of your life, your choices, your growth, and realizing no one is coming to magically build the life you want for you.

If you’ve been feeling stuck financially, waiting for the “right time,” or wondering how women actually create more freedom for themselves… this episode is for you.

We’re talking beauty, business, mindset, and becoming the woman in charge of her own future 💋
