Today's guest is Julie Hruska. Julie is the CEO of Powerful Leaders and a Certified High-Performance Coach with a MAEd. and RYT500. In 2010, Julie had an awakening. She realized she'd been sleepwalking through her life, following a path that was not her own. From that moment on, Julie began to recreate her life.
In 2013, her challenging journey led her to hot power yoga, where she found empowerment and inspiration. Feeling compelled to share her love for yoga with others, Julie completed her RYT 200-hour training in 2015 and her RYT 300 training in 2016. In 2016, Julie also left her salaried position as an educator to teach yoga full time; yet quickly realized yoga was merely a bandage for people’s root challenges.
Julie became a Certified High-Performance Coach to help people deal with the underlying issues that prevent them from becoming the best versions of themselves. Powerful Leaders exist to help awaken, empower, and inspire people to become the best versions of themselves. Julie specializes in guiding people to create a life they love by developing high-performance habits in the areas of career, relationships, emotions and health.
