Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Jennifer has a great business and impact that she has. Her "why" is so strong but what I love is how in a true entrepreneurial form she became the change she hoped to see. She has such a great perspective in the understanding of the human aspect of business in the behavior of her clients but also owns and stands in her "limitations" as they give her power but also a catalyst for her creativity. We talked a little about humanism and what most people may not realize about human development, and she very much understands "if you run your race you can't lose."

Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": One huge part of business and life is communication. It was great to hear about Ho Yin has developed his organization to build relationships and connections and lower the barrier of entry into that space. I loved that we talked about the power of time during the episode and how we are trying to scale our time and how impactful it has been for him. This was valuable for remote working too and how to create that connection.

Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Mac is The Human Builder and anytime I think about the Human aspect of business, it's this interview with Mac that reminded me of the Human part of who we are in business but even in life. Even more powerful which came up is asking "why" and the purpose that we have. That's how we don't forget about the human part of the business.
