Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": One of the most impactful things I heard over, and over and over again was the importance of the morning routine and while it seems obvious it is often overlooked. When startng something new and thinking of planning and preparation, don't forget about the morning routine. Lesley talked all about this during her episode and how it doesn't have to be long and elaborate. We spoke about how important it is to "level up in life" and her journey exposing her "limiting her beliefs" has helped her and clients.

Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": One of the reasons I started the podcast was to have people that had contributed before on the blog to be featured on the podcast. Very similar to what Jordan did with his book and followed the idea that "success leaves clues," we are working on too. Also, Jordan had an ambitious goal of being on 90 podcasts in 90 days and our podcast was a part of that.

Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Susan is the definition of a Giver and has so much experience and knowledge to help leaders and business owners. It was also great to hear about her journey and how sometimes being out of alignment can push you into alignment (e.g. just like a car). Sometimes the best strategy you can have is being in alignment. She provided great advice for startups and more established businesses including helping people to work "ON" the business rather than "IN" the business.

Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Amanda and her team have so much knowledge and experience but I think what was so impactful was hearing about how she approaches helping to support clients. The strategy and space she helps to create for clients allow businesses and leaders to make a bigger impact. I love that their phrase is "It doesn't have to be this way."

Why it was selected: Molly has a great pulse on understanding how branding goes hand in hand with alignment, authenticity and also your "why." It was also great to hear about her journey (and her father's business) and how she has built the business during the pandemic--her "pandemic baby" and continues to think of new ways she can help support her ideal clients.

Why it was selected: Frank understands the importance of what he does. It's not just creating an app or building a website. It's helping to set up his clients to be successful and to grow through his growth strategies. He looks at clients' business holistically which is very necessary with how complex business is now and helps to demystify certain aspects of business that clients may not know about.

Why it was selected: Amié has spent a lot of experience in the startup world and as a strategy consultant, she understands how important it is to do deep work. She isn't just a startup advisor but is rooted in strategy and the misconceptions around strategy. It's also powerful how she empowers leaders to be able to understand their "superpowers" and understand the impact of strategy in business.

Why it was selected: It was great to hear about this startup business with Amir about how we can create more conversations and different perspectives and how it makes the world better but on a deeper level I think having different and diverse perspectives only makes our ideas stronger and also from a leadership give us the chance to build stronger organizations.
