As business owners, we often find ourselves in a time of stress and anxiety about how our business is performing despite our best efforts. We’re doing all the right things; we’ve tried and tried, but we’re not really seeing the output we thought we’d see at this point. This is where the stress starts to creep in, and the feelings of failure start to weigh heavily on us.

A lot of these shifts involve things like delegating and setting firm boundaries around your time.
