Prior to this position, he was an Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton and served as the Defense & Intelligence Group Lead. Joe joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1997 in the IT segment. He was promoted to partner in 2001 and then to Senior Partner in 2008.
