Quentin Deforge est docteur en science politique, post-doctorant au Centre Alexandre Koyré. Il co-anime le séminaire de recherche Sociologie politique de l’international et a soutenu en 2019 une thèse intitulée : La fabrique transnationale du politique. Une sociologie historique du champ réformateur de la « gouvernance » (1961-2019).

Yohann Morival, Les Europes du patronat français depuis 1948, Bruxelles, Peter Lang, 2019

Yohann Morival est maître de conférences en science politique à l’Université de Lille, rattaché au CERAPS. Ses recherches portent sur les groupes patronaux transnationaux notamment pendant la Guerre froide.

The Center for International Studies (CERI)/Sciences Po, in partnership with the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS), is pleased to invite you to a hybrid seminar (online and physical attendance at CERI).

The European Union’s “Global Gateway” is a major plan to support the development of infrastructure around the world. While boasting an impressive budget of €300 billions, the Global Gateway is also, and foremost, a geopolitical strategy. The case of Taiwan offers a unique perspective to assess the various implications of Europe’s approach to connectivity in East Asia. This will be the focus of a discussion with distinguished representatives of different EU institutions and from Taiwan’s government and private sector.
