Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Saltos Tijera: Es un ejercicio básico y conocido porque es eficaz para un calentamiento a nivel del cuerpo completo. Realiza salto separando las piernas y subiendo los brazos al mismo tiempo y repite el movimiento de manera alterna. Realiza 4 series de 20 repeticiones.

Jumping Jacks: This is a basic and well-known exercise because it is effective for a full body warm-up. Perform jumps by separating your legs and raising your arms at the same time and repeat the movement alternately. Perform 4 sets of 20 repetitions.

Segundo EjercicioSecond Exercise

Flexiones de pecho: Las flexiones de brazos son un ejercicio clásico de calistenia que trabaja principalmente los músculos del pecho, tríceps y hombros. Para hacerlas correctamente, se debe colocar el cuerpo en posición de plancha, con las manos apoyadas en el suelo y los brazos extendidos. Luego, se baja el cuerpo hasta que el pecho toque el suelo y se vuelve a subir. Se realizan en series de 10 repeticiones, con un total de 4 series.

Push-ups: Push-ups are a classic calisthenics exercise that mainly works the chest, triceps and shoulder muscles. To do them correctly, the body must be placed in a plank position, with the hands resting on the floor and the arms extended. Then, the body is lowered until the chest touches the floor and then raised again. They are performed in sets of 10 repetitions, for a total of 4 sets.

Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Plancha lateral: Este ejercicio trabaja los músculos abdominales y oblicuos. Se realiza apoyando el antebrazo en el suelo y manteniendo el cuerpo en línea recta, apoyándose sobre un costado. Se debe mantener la posición durante 30 segundos por lado, con un total de 3 series.

Lateral plank: This exercise works the abdominal and oblique muscles. It is performed by resting the forearm on the floor and keeping the body in a straight line, leaning on one side. The position should be held for 30 seconds per side, for a total of 3 sets.

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

Abdominales bicicleta: Este ejercicio es muy efectivo para trabajar los músculos abdominales y oblicuos. Se realiza tumbado en el suelo, con las manos detrás de la cabeza o a los costados. Luego, se eleva una pierna flexionando la rodilla simulando la ejecución de una bicicleta, y así repetidamente de forma alterna con ambas piernas. Se realizan en series de 20 repeticiones, con un total de 3 series

Bicycle crunches: This exercise is very effective for working the abdominal and oblique muscles. It is performed lying on the floor, with your hands behind your head or at your sides. Then, one leg is lifted by bending the knee simulating the execution of a bicycle, and so on, alternately with both legs. Performed in sets of 20 repetitions, for a total of 3 sets.

Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Toques al suelo: Éste movimiento es el mismo que tocar nuestros pies con las manos pero ésta vez será de una manera dinámica y simultánea haciendo toques al suelo adelante de nuestros pies, en medio y detrás. Realiza 3 series de 20 segundos cada una.

Touching the floor: This movement is the same as touching our feet with our hands but this time it will be in a dynamic and simultaneous way by touching the floor in front of our feet, in the middle and behind. Perform 3 sets of 20 seconds each.

Segundo EjercicioSecond Exercise

Elevaciones 1 pierna: Éste ejercicio consiste subir una pierna totalmente estirada lo más arriba posible hasta lograr tocar el pie con la mano, el movimiento se repite en viceversa. Realiza 3 sets de 5 repeticiones por pierna.

1 leg lifts: This exercise consists of raising one leg fully stretched as high as possible until the foot touches the hand, the movement is repeated in vice versa. Perform 3 sets of 5 repetitions per leg.

Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Lunch + rotación: Muy sencillo pero eficaz éste ejercicio, solo haremos un lunch a una medida corta y luego estando abajo vamos a rotar nuestra cadera y torso hacia un lado y después repetir el proceso en viceversa. Realiza 3 series de 10 repeticiones.

Lunch + rotation: Very simple but effective this exercise, we will only make a short lunch and then being down we will rotate our hips and torso to one side and then repeat the process in vice versa. Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

Burpies: Éste ejercicio ya es funcional y más intenso pero nos ayudará a activarnos. Para ésto haremos un push up seguido de un salto y así repetidamente lograr una sincronización y conseguir la fluidez en éste ejercicio. Realiza 3 series de 8 repeticiones cada una

Burpies: This exercise is already functional and more intense but it will help us to activate. For this we will do a push up followed by a jump and thus repeatedly achieve synchronization and achieve fluidity in this exercise. Perform 3 sets of 8 repetitions each.

Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Hiper extensiones en banca: Este ejercicio se realiza acostado boca abajo en una banca inclinada, con las piernas sujetas en la parte inferior de la banca. Luego se levanta el torso hacia arriba, manteniendo la espalda recta y los brazos cruzados sobre el pecho. Este ejercicio trabaja principalmente los músculos de la espalda baja y glúteos. realizar 4 series de 12 repeticiones.

Bench hyper extensions: This exercise is performed lying face down on an incline bench, with your legs braced at the bottom of the bench. Then you lift your torso upward, keeping your back straight and your arms crossed over your chest. This exercise works mainly the muscles of the lower back and buttocks. perform 4 sets of 12 repetitions.

Superman: En este ejercicio, se realiza acostado boca abajo en el suelo, con los brazos y las piernas extendidos. Luego se levantan los brazos y las piernas al mismo tiempo, manteniendo la posición durante unos segundos antes de volver a la posición inicial. Este ejercicio trabaja principalmente los músculos de la espalda baja y glúteos. realizar 4 series de 12 repeticiones

Superman: In this exercise, you lie face down on the floor with your arms and legs extended. Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Superman laterales: Éste es ejercicio se realiza con la misma posición que el anterior pero en vez de subir los brazos y las piernas, coloca tus manos al nivel de la cabeza y eleva el torso, luego lleva tus codos a un costado de tu cuerpo y después al otro. Realizar 4 series de 12 repeticiones.

Lateral Superman: This exercise is performed in the same position as the previous one, but instead of raising your arms and legs, place your hands at head level and raise your torso, then bring your elbows to one side of your body and then to the other. Perform 4 sets of 12 repetitions.

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

Plancha inversa: En este ejercicio, se coloca el cuerpo en posición de plancha, con los brazos extendidos y las manos apoyadas en el suelo. Luego se levantan las caderas hacia arriba, manteniendo las piernas rectas y los pies apoyados en el suelo. Este ejercicio trabaja principalmente los músculos del core y los brazos. Se recomienda realizar 4 series de 12 repeticiones a un nivel avanzado.

Reverse plank: In this exercise, the body is placed in a plank position, with the arms extended and the hands resting on the floor. Then the hips are lifted upward, keeping the legs straight and feet flat on the floor. This exercise mainly works the core and arm muscles. It is recommended to perform 4 sets of 12 repetitions at an advanced level.

Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Flexiones inclinadas: este ejercicio es una variación de las flexiones clásicas, donde se realiza con las manos apoyadas en un objeto elevado, como una silla o un banco. Esto permite trabajar más los músculos del pecho y los hombros. Para hacerlo, coloca las manos en el objeto elevado y extiende las piernas hacia atrás en posición de plancha. Baja el cuerpo hasta que el pecho casi toque el objeto y luego vuelve a subir. Haz 3 series de 12 repeticiones.

Inclined push-ups: This exercise is a variation of classic push-ups, where you perform them with your hands resting on an elevated object, such as a chair or bench. This allows you to work more on your chest and shoulders muscles. To do it, place your hands on the elevated object and extend your legs back in a plank position. Lower your body until your chest almost touches the object and then push back up. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Pull ups neutrales: Este ejercicio consiste en colgarse de una barra con las palmas de las manos mirando hacia adentro y las manos separadas a la distancia de los hombros. Luego se debe levantar el cuerpo hasta que la barbilla quede por encima de la barra y luego bajar el cuerpo lentamente. Para éste ejercicio hacer 3 series de 8 repeticiones.

Neutral Pull ups: This exercise consists of hanging from a barbell with palms facing inward and hands shoulder width apart. Then lift your body until your chin is above the bar and then lower your body slowly. For this exercise do 3 sets of 8 repetitions.

Curl de bíceps: Este ejercicio se realiza con mancuernas o con una barra. Se debe sostener el peso con las palmas de las manos hacia arriba y los brazos estirados. Luego se debe flexionar los codos para levantar el peso hacia los hombros y luego bajar lentamente. Para éste ejercicio hacer 3 series de 10 repeticiones.

Biceps curl: This exercise is performed with dumbbells or a barbell. The weight should be held with the palms of the hands up and the arms straight. Then bend your elbows to lift the weight towards your shoulders and then lower it slowly. For this exercise do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Push ups supinas: Este ejercicio es similar a las flexiones de pecho normales, pero en lugar de tener las manos apoyadas en el suelo, se deben apoyar sobre dos mancuernas o dos balones de estabilidad. Luego se debe bajar el cuerpo hasta que el pecho quede cerca del suelo y luego subir lentamente. Para éste ejercicio hacer 3 series de 12 repeticiones.

Supine push ups: This exercise is similar to normal push ups, but instead of having the hands resting on the floor, they should be resting on two dumbbells or two stability balls. Then you should lower your body until your chest is close to the floor and then slowly come back up. For this exercise do 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

4. Pull ups semi neutrales: Este ejercicio es similar a los pull ups neutrales, pero en lugar de tener las palmas de las manos mirando hacia adentro, se deben tener las palmas mirando hacia abajo. Luego se debe levantar el cuerpo hasta que la barbilla quede por encima de la barra y luego bajar el cuerpo lentamente. Para éste ejercicio hacer hacer 3 series de 8 repeticiones.

Semi neutral pull ups: This exercise is similar to neutral pull ups, but instead of having your palms facing inward, you should have your palms facing downward. Then lift your body until your chin is above the bar and then lower your body slowly. For this exercise do 3 sets of 8 repetitions.

¡Saludos! comunidad de Hive y SWC mi nombre es César @cesarg17, y en éste día les comparto mi día de entrenamiento en casa ya que por la lluvia no se pudo entrenar en el parque, en ésta ocasión realicé una rutina de front level, también se puede apreciar un poco del avance que he tenido desde la última rutina que subí por aca; así que ¡Vamos con todo!

Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Iniciamos la rutina con aguantes de front level en straddel, éste ya es una progresión algo avanzada así que también lo podrían cambiar por front level a una pierna si así lo desean. De éste serán 4 sets de 5 segundos cada uno.

We start the routine with front level holds on straddle, this is already a somewhat advanced progression so you could also change it to front level on one leg if you wish. This will be 4 sets of 5 seconds each.

Segundo EjercicioSecond Exercise

Para el ejercicio número dos haremos negativas en half, uno de los ejercicios más efectivos para estimular los grupos musculares que involucran el front level, la idea de la técnica es tener un descenso bien controlado y así hacer el trabajo como se debe. De éste serán 4 sets de 5 repeticiones.

For exercise number two we will do half refusals, one of the most effective exercises to stimulate the muscle groups that involve the front level, the idea of the technique is to have a well controlled descent and thus do the work as it should. This will be 4 sets of 5 repetitions.

Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Para el tercer ejercicio haremos tuck advance con agarre abierto, éste ejercicio isométrico tensa bastante la zona del hombro posterior y el dorsal, así que requiere de algo de resistencia. De éste serán 4 sets de máximos segundos, hasta el fallo!

For the third exercise we will do tuck advance with open grip, this isometric exercise is quite tense the back shoulder and dorsal area, so it requires some resistance. This will be 4 sets of maximum seconds, until failure!

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

Para el cuarto ejercicio haremos extensiones desde L front, a pica o "pike" éste ejercicio se enfoca más en la zona del serrato y espalda baja, como el lumbar y todo ese grupo muscular. De éste serán 4 sets de 10 repeticiones.

For the fourth exercise we will do extensions from L front, to pike or "pike" this exercise focuses more on the serratus and lower back area, such as the lumbar and all that muscle group. This will be 4 sets of 10 repetitions.

¡Saludos! comunidad de Hive y SWC mi nombre es César @cesarg17, y en éste día les comparto un circuito de ejercicios intensos para abdomen, súper efectivos para una definición impecable y tener abs de acero, éste circuito está conformado por 3 rondas y 20 segundos para cada ejercicio, es decir, cada ejercicio tendrá un tiempo de ejecución de 20 segundos y pasar al siguiente; así que ¡Vamos con todo!

Greetings! Primer EjercicioFirst Exercise

Iniciamos la rutina con una combinación de 2 remos + 1 leg raise, ésto vendría siendo una repetición, la técnica va más que todo en mantener un buen ritmo dinámico y continuidad hasta llegar al final.

We start the routine with a combination of 2 rows + 1 leg raise, this would be a repetition, the technique is mostly about maintaining a good dynamic rhythm and continuity until the end.

Segundo EjercicioSecond Exercise

El segundo ejercicio son crunch cruzados, éste ejercicio lo haremos acostados en posición de crunch, solo que llevando un codo hacia la rodilla en dirección diagonal y viceversa, así de manera contínua hasta completar los 20 segundos.

The second exercise is cross crunch, this exercise we will do lying down in crunch position, only taking an elbow to the knee diagonally and vice versa, so continuously until completing the 20 seconds.

Tercer EjercicioThird Exercise

Para el tercer ejercicio vamos a hacer leg resorte, éste ejercicio se ejecuta también acostado en el suelo, apoyando las manos para poder contraer las piernas y hacer el estiramiento hacia arriba, y así se repite el ejercicio de forma contínua.

For the third exercise we are going to do leg spring, this exercise is also executed lying on the floor, supporting the hands to be able to contract the legs and make the stretch upwards, and so the exercise is repeated continuously.

Cuarto EjercicioFourth Exercise

Por último haremos leg pino, consiste en tener las piernas totalmente estiradas hacia arriba y subiendo el torso tocaremos las puntas de los pies, si pueden hacerlo de manera cruzada mucho mejor.

Finally we will do leg pino, it consists of having the legs totally stretched upwards and raising the torso we will touch the tips of the feet, if they can do it in a crossed way much better.
